Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lipatazama, a live-streaming platform that facilitates payments between viewers and uploaders.

1. Role of the Platform

Lipatazama provides the technology infrastructure for live-streaming. We process payments via Ilebet MoR (Merchant of Record). We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of live streams. The uploader is solely responsible for their content.

2. Content Responsibility

Uploaders agree that they own or have the rights to all content they broadcast. Uploaders are responsible for complying with Kenyan law including the Kenya Copyright Act and the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act. Prohibited content includes: illegal activity, hate speech, copyrighted material without permission, and adult content not compliant with KFCB regulations.

3. Payments & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are at the uploader's discretion. If a stream fails due to a platform technical issue, contact support for review. Promo codes are managed by uploaders — unclaimed codes may be cancelled with credit returned to the uploader's account.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tickets and promo codes are non-transferable — they are locked to your account and IP address.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lipatazama is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for content uploaded by users, third-party service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the platform.
