Why is the live stream a few seconds behind?

This is completely normal and built-in on purpose. When you watch a live stream, the video travels from the uploader's camera to our servers, then out to your device — and every hop takes time. We also deliberately hold back a small amount of video (about 3–6 seconds) so your player can buffer enough to play smoothly without freezing. Think of it like the false start delay on a television news broadcast: even TV "live" shows are usually 10–20 seconds behind real time. The delay keeps playback stable and is not a sign that something is broken.

Why does my stream sometimes buffer or pause?

Live video needs a steady, good-speed connection. If your internet dips, the player uses its saved-up buffer to keep playing, then catches up. Heavy network moments (or a weak Wi-Fi/4G signal) can cause a short pause while the player refills its buffer. Sitting closer to Wi-Fi, using cable, or using a faster connection usually fixes it.

How do tickets work?

Some streams are free; others are ticketed. You buy a ticket before or during the event and it unlocks the stream for you. Tickets are locked to your account, so you can watch on any device as long as you are logged in.

Can I get a refund if I miss the stream?

Ticket sales are final. Refunds are at the uploader's discretion. If a stream fails because of a technical issue on our side, contact support and we will review it.

What do I need to go live as an uploader?

A camera (even a phone), a computer with a stable internet connection, and a streaming app like OBS Studio (free). The exact settings are explained in our guide, and we require most streams to be ticketed at a small linked checkout fee.

What happens if many people are watching at once?

The platform has a fixed amount of capacity so the quality stays reliable for everyone. For safety we limit the number of simultaneous broadcasts and concurrent viewers. If we're at peak capacity, you'll see a friendly message and can try again in a few minutes.

How do I get paid as an uploader?

Ticket revenue is collected securely on our behalf. Earnings (after our platform fee) build up in your creator account, and you can request a payout once you cross the minimum payout amount.
